Double room in Castlefield with own bathroom

Hi everyone, we're a couple looking for a lodger for our recently refurbished double room.

It has floor to ceiling windows and sliding door onto a shared balcony.

You will have use of the main bathroom as our bedroom has an ensuite. Clothes storage has been provided.

The lounge/diner is open plan and has another full length balcony.
We have a brand new, well equipped kitchen, island breakfast bar, and dining table.

A professional cleaner comes round every fortnight. Wifi is included.

We don't have a TV and we usually try and be active/out and about, and we both work in offices during the day.
We’re respectful, clean, and hope for the same in return.
