I am moving out of the flat as I am relocating to London for work and looking for someone to take over my place in this great flat. I have lived here for close to 4 years and loved it.
You’d be sharing with Harry and Jake who are both professionals in their 20s.
Ideally looking for a working professional who is in the office no less than 4 days a week, who has their own social circle, but is also happy to join for the occasional trip to the Wharf.
The rent is due monthly by 7th

The room has its own separate bathroom for your use only as well as a double bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. The balcony is highlight.
