Looking for a lodger to take the second bedroom of a flat in Castlefield (build is finished mid November 26') and the earliest move in date would be the second week of December. Room will contain a double bed & a built in wardrobe.

This apartment block comes with a list of amenities such as a gym, indoor golf range, dog grooming studio, etc. Build is called 'Contour' if you would like more details

I am keenly into sports (running, rowing, climbing) and the usual social activities and work a hybrid 9-5 and ideally looking for someone in a similar situation.
