Lovely double room w/ private bathroom in MCR

I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over from my current flatmate at the end of her tenancy - the flat itself is right on the edge of Castlefield/Deansgate and is about a 7 minute walk away from Cornbrook tram stop.

The room itself a good-sized double with it's own bathroom just off the hallway too. The flat is furnished, and your room can be offered the same if need be! If you've got your own stuff too that's no biggie, I'm easy with it! Whatever the case you've got a big window, and loads of natural light.

The flat itself is modern and spacious. There is a big open-plan kitchen and living area, with all the usual bits (dishwasher, washer dryer, big ass fridge/freezer, 350mbps down WiFi etc).

I've lived here for a while and love the area, you're right on the edge of the city so it's easy to get out of town, yet I can cycle into northern quarter and be there within 10 minutes! We've got covered cycle storage here too, and a bus (256) /bike rental right outside as well.

You'll be about:
7 minutes walk from Cornbrook tram stop
15 minutes walk to Deansgate

A bit about me:
I'm 28. I'm easygoing and respectful. I like a clean and calm flat environment. Happy to have a chat and watch TV together but also give you your own space. Looking for someone similar - ideally another working professional who is friendly and tidy.

Bills: approx £160 a month (Council Tax, Water, Electricity, Heat)
Deposit: (awaiting exact £ on this)
Available from: 30th November
Parking: free street permit parking all around, equally there's gated parking within in the block for £80 a month
Minimum term: 6 months
