Hi,

I am a live-in landlord who has a master bedroom available in the leafy, residential area of Cheadle south Manchester. The room has been newly decorated and furnished- it comes with a brand new king size bed and all bills included! The house comes with a BRAND NEW washer dryer, electric oven and freezer!

There is parking space available at the front of the property. At the rear there is a south facing garden. The property is located 10-12 min drive from Manchester Airport, 5 min drive from Cheadle Village, 8 min drive from East Didsbury and 5-6 min to Stockport train station.

There is a range of buses available for those interested to use public transport as well as the Stockport and Cheadle Hulme train stations.

It will suit a professional male, ideally over the age of 30 who is a non-smoker. Manchester airport air crew members may benefit from the location.

A few things about myself:

- 36 yo non smoker, professional who works remotely in the biotech industry as a software developer. My job entails lengthy periods of time spent mainly in Europe whilst traveling to different sites which means I will be away for most of the time with short spells in Manchester.

I am looking for a professional male who is closer to my age or older, someone who is sensible, is very CLEAN and is looking to live in a clean and peaceful space. I am not a party animal and neither should you.

The rent is inclusive of ALL BILLS and minimum required is 6 months with the deposit covering the first month's rent.

Considering the nature of my remote working, trust is key and I would like to ensure that this is reciprocated.

No students, no pets, no vegans or couples!
