We are looking for a lodger to live in the light and very comfortable flat on the top floor of our beautiful Victorian family house ( which is our primary residence) You would have your own
bathroom, a spacious kitchen / sitting room and large bedroom - the whole of the second floor.

The flat is accessed through our house and there is no dividing wall so we need someone who is very quiet and considerate, prepared to look after the house when we are away and who might very occasionally (with negotiation) allow us to have use of the flat for big family occasions .

The house is on a very popular cul-de-sac very close to the centre of Chorlton and 4 mins walk from the metro. It has beautiful big trees and is very quiet and safe - we also have lovely neighbours .

The flat includes
* a small fitted kitchen with a new Combi microwave with grill and oven, a fridge, a sink and double hob and a sitting area with a 3 seater futon/ sofa bed , a sofa and a table and chairs
*a large bedroom with a small double bed ,a large desk , a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a sofa .
* a bathroom with a walk-in shower

The rent includes heating, electricity, council tax, water rates, internet and use of the washing machine in the cellar.
