Double room in Chorlton friendly female houseshare

Heya, we’re looking for a new housemate to join our sociable & friendly girls house share in Chorlton!

We are all in our late twenties/early 30s, so looking for someone of a similar age.

About the house:

- double room available
- central Chorlton area
- 5 mins walk to Morrisons and tram Metrolink, 2 mins to bus stops
- 5-10 mins walk to local parks
- 2 mins to bars
- we pay £460 each per month for rent and all bills
- £230 deposit and £50 contract name change fee required

About us:

- there’s 6 of us girls in total, all doing different things for work
- we’re a busy bunch but we love to hang out together when we’re all around and try to arrange plans outside the house too
- we share all the jobs & chores in the house and keep a loose rota just to keep on top of everything

Who we’re looking for:

- you enjoy being part of a house & want to join in with activities when you’re around
- you’re happy to chip in with house chores to keep our house clean and tidy
- we’re all friends from joining the house at different points, so we’d love to have that relationship with you too
