Heya all we’re looking for a new housemate to join our sociable & friendly girls house share in Chorlton! (We will share details of dates for viewings soon)

About the house:

✔️large double room
✔️central chorlton area- 5 mins from Morrisons and tram Metrolink, 2 mins to bus stops
✔️we pay £460 each month for rent and all bills
✔️ £230 deposit and £50 contract name change required
✔️ 5-10 mins walk to local parks
✔️ 2 mins to bars

About us:

✔️ There’s 6 of us girls in total, all doing different things for work.
✔️ we’re a busy bunch but we love to hang out together when we’re all around
✔️ we enjoy chilling watching TV, going out for park picnics in the summer , reading evenings and chilled drinks in Chorlton
✔️ we share all the jobs & chores in the house and keep a loose rota just to keep on top of everything!

Who we’re looking for:

✔️ you enjoy being part of a house & want to join in with activities when you’re around
✔️ you’re happy to chip in with house chores to keep our house clean and tidy
✔️ we’re all friends from joining the house at different points, so we’d love to have that relationship with you too!
✔️ due to our tenancy agreement, we prefer females.
