Friendly Chorlton Houseshare

We’re looking to fill one room in our houseshare. We’re a friendly, sociable house that enjoy a night on the couch watching a film or TV together, going for a drink, or playing board games. We want to find someone who gets along with people easily, is keen to join in and is respectful of other housemates.

You will be sharing with 5 other people:
Paul - 38, Engineer, interests include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, computer and board games, outdoor activities.
Rebecca - 30, Marketing Exec, hobbies include reading, writing, salsa.
Daniel - 28, Immersive Learning Technologist, hobbies include cooking and badminton.
Kate - 27, Trainee Solicitor, yoga, cooking and baking
Matt - 27, History teacher, Hobbies include running, hiking, gym, squash, watching football.

We are walking distance from Wilbraham Road, Barlow Road and Beech Road eateries, pubs and shops. We are on the East Didsbury and Manchester Airport tram lines, and on the 85, 86, 23, 25 and 150 bus lines. We’re also on the Fallowfield Loop bike trail, and Manchester to Chorlton Cycleway.

We have one room available on the second floor, sharing a bathroom with one other person.

Kitchen has two fridge/freezers, gas cooker, electric oven and grill, and microwave. We have a small utilities room with a washer and dryer. There is a paved backyard behind the kitchen.

Our rental agency has a preference for professionals and requires applicants to have a UK guarantor (full-time employed homeowner living in the UK).
All bills and council tax are included except the TV licence (~ £20 pa) and cleaner (~ £7 every fortnight).
