My Victorian house is in a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac in Chorlton, very close to Beech Road. Locally there are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants, from a variety of cultures. Chorlton is on bus routes and the tram - it is easy to get anywhere from town to the airport. At the bottom of Beech Road is Chorlton Eas, a great place to walk(or run) along the river Mersey, or to go to Chorlton or Sale water parks. My children have recently moved out into their first jobs.
