Cosy room in fun chilled house with great location

We are looking for a new flatmate in our delightful Chorlton home!

We are two male friends working in the arts but our third arty buddy is moving in with his partner so we are looking to fill the third room in our house. It's just about a double, so a little cosy, but I lived in there when I first moved in and it was just fine. The rent is great for this area as we are right by the Unicorn, Mary and Archie's, Smoak coffee, and countless other cool, convenient spots in this hip end of Chorlton.

The house is recently refurbed with solid working appliances, good heating and hot water, cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We have an outdoor area that we have been steadily tending to and a drive way with parking (we both drive but there's plenty of on-street parking too). Bills currently amount to approximately £120 a month and we already have subscriptions to most streaming services. We keep the place pretty clean and tidy and are always striving for better.

We're looking for someone kind, calm, open-minded and chill who can fit in with the lifestyle of a self-employed "artist". We both do the same job, and often we'll be working from home or having our chill time during the day, but could be out 5 nights a week working. We are happy to welcome WFH people, office workers, other artists, whoever we gel with. Open to all genders and sexualities and backgrounds etc. Just want someone we can get along with.

Available from July 1st. Council tax band B. You'll need the usual details and references to sign the contract through the agency but it's quite chill.
