The house is located in a quiet professional neighbourhood within easy walking distance to public transport (Barlow Moor Road and St Werburgh's tram stops, and multiple bus stops around), shops and restaurant/pubs/ bars. Parking is on-street with plenty of parking spaces available since it is a private no-through road estate. Rent includes utilities, council tax, high-speed WiFi, and access to shared kitchen and laundry facilities. The rent also includes a weekly cleaner who will clean the common living areas and the bathroom (but not bedroom).
We are lived-in, laidback landlords in our 40s who are foodies (world cuisines), love travels, boardgames and trying new experiences. We have two friendly cats who are happy to be stroked and to have the daily conversations with if you are so inclined.
