Chorlton - Lovely Two Bed Apartment

Hello!

I've found this perfectly located 2 bed apartment (with a well sized study!) facing out onto turn moss playing fields by Longford Park. Previous tenants lived there 8 years, tonnes of natural light and well connected with local trams and bus stops! Walking distance from Chorlton/Stretford.

I've paid a holding deposit but my co-tenant has pulled out as his landlord offered to sell his current place to him on the cheap, looking for someone to replace him on the tenancy.

I'm a musician and chef working and hanging out locally. I'm very outgoing and sociable but really enjoy my alone time too. I'm a respectful, tidy housemate and have been happily house-sharing now for 6 years.

It's semi-furnished but can have conversations with landlord about any additions/removals we'd like. Really homely feel to this place, would be so exciting finding a few bits on market place etc and doing it up nicely!
