- Living with 3 other tenants, 2 girls and 1 boy. All keep tidy and clean.
- All flatmates are respectful and welcoming.
- Kitchen is massive, complete with a gas stove, double-doored fridge, with plenty of cupboards.
- Living Room is massive, perfect for winding down.
- Back garden, perfect for summer weather.
- Driveway at the front.

Location-wise

Chorlton has a great food scene and has a great community. The green spaces are lovely too.
The location has a nearby bus stop, food shops nearby and a JD Wetherspoons in front.
MMU distance: 25 minutes by bus
UoM distance: 22 minutes by bus
