Beautiful house in chorlton

Hello! We (annie and rachel) are looking for a new flatmate to join us at our beautiful house in chorlton! Annie works as a phd researcher, and rachel works in a charity.
We are looking for someone who would like to be our friend rather than just a flatmate, clean and tidy.

We both are into wine, travelling, reading, movie nights, politics and cooking. We like to hangout and be social, but also appreciate our own space.

About the house: the house is in a beautiful part of chorlton, right next to unicorn. We have a very nice garden that gets sunlight almost all day! The house iteself has its own charms and is full of natural light. We are 7 minutes from the chorlton tram stop and have unicorn, Morrisons and tesco close by. We are also close the the high street where there is a bunch of independent cafes, charity shops and restaurants
