Spare room in friendly Chorlton house share !

Our lovely flatmate Finn is moving out of our shared house and we're looking for someone to replace him! We've only recently moved in together but have started to make the house feel like home, and want to find someone who can join us in that!

About the house:

We're pretty central in Chortlon, in a nice street near to the barbakan / unicorn / the library. The house is really spacious with a living room, large kitchen and dining area, shared bathroom with a bath, and a peaceful south-facing garden that we're growing veg in !

The room itself is a little smaller - hence the cheap price - but there's plenty of storage under the bed, shelving, and space for a clothing rail. There's also a wardrobe in the hall that our current housemate has been using, and loads of shelving downstairs too if space is an issue! The room is also south facing so gets lots of nice sunlight throughout the day.

Price includes rent alone, bills come to around £100 a month. Our flatmate is leaving in 2 weeks so looking to find someone to move in ASAP

About us:

Me and the other housemate are sociable and easy going, like a chat but equally respect other people’s space. I'd like to think we're pretty fun people - we cook together sometimes and like to have friends round, and just want someone with a similar vibe who can add to this dynamic!

I'm 28 and work in the charity sector, but like to be quite active outside of that. I’m a foodie, big lover of music and anything creative, and enjoy yoga / spending time outside!

The other housemate is 26, and works in graphic design / as a chef. He's creative, enjoys movies, and is a very chilled out guy. He also loves baking so a sweet treat or two is a common occurence!
