Spacious double room to rent in 3 bed houseshare

Sadly our housemate is moving on and we are looking for someone to complete this 3 bed house share in Chorlton. The room will be available to move in on the 1st Sept.
The room is a double and furnished (bed and built-in wardrobes) and you are free to bring your own furnishings if you want. It is the front facing bedroom of the house.

The house has a lot of ‘character’ and homely, so if modern is more your thing, this may not be for you. We keep communal spaces clean and tidy (we have a rota). The house is about 30 seconds from Unicorn, Tesco Express and 1 min from Barbakan and about a 8 min walk to both Chorlton and Firswood tram stops, the 86 bus route is also very close by with two stops within 3 minute walking distance.

We are looking for a female who is friendly, clean and considerate. You would be sharing with two females (32 and 38), one works from home and the other works mostly from office in central Manchester. As you may imagine due to our age, this is not a party house. Would be great to find a like minded housemate (regardless of age) and socialise when we can and equally remain respectful of people’s space and ‘alone time’ too.

Rent is £380 per month and with bills on top it comes to around £550 per month (this will probably be less during the summer months). Bills are managed by tenants, so if you do have any questions please feel free to ask.
