Looking for a new flatmate in a lovely Chorlton area!

Unfortunately my current flatmate is moving in with her girlfriend at the start of December so I am looking for someone to fill her room!

- Double bedroom with an ensuite available.
- Spacious with a large, furnished living/ dining/ kitchen area.
- Top floor of a converted building in the centre of Chorlton.
- Convenient location being 5/10 min walk to the Chorlton tram stop and Morrisons and 5/10 minute walk to Beech Road!
- Plenty of storage in the hall which comes in handy.
- Rent is £648, with bills coming to around £140 each.
- The deposit is 5 weeks rent.

About me:

I am 28 and work full time in fashion, I’m mainly in the office and rarely WFH. I’m easy going, social, active and like to keep the flat pretty tidy and clean! Me and my current flatmate love having our own social lives but equally love to hang out together when we’re around, it would be great to meet someone who would like to be the same! I’m looking for someone who is also easy going, clean and doesn’t WFH too much.
