Two rooms available in Chorlton house share

I'm looking for two housemates to join me in my home in Chorlton.

I moved in in August and have been busy renovating ever since, so the house has newly painted walls, new flooring throughout and new kitchen appliances. I've pretty much finished furnishing the downstairs, with just a bit more decorating to do to. It should all be finished over the next few weeks! Free on street parking.

Two rooms available for £550pcm each, excluding bills. One currently has a bed, and I'm happy to discuss furnishing either room if needed depending on what you already own. See bedroom 2 and 3 on the floor plan. You’d be free to decorate as you like!

I'm a doctor who's recently moved to Manchester for work, so I'm still getting to know the area. I've always lived in shared houses and really enjoy having housemates. Very easy going to share with. I love being outdoors and going for walks, pub trips, live music and have recently joined a local choir and yoga studio. I also enjoy staying in and cooking and having friends over for dinner.

Ideally, looking for young professionals roughly 24–35 who are keen to have a sociable house, whilst also having our own space and independence.
