It's a fantastic Chorlton location just a short walk from both St. Werburghs and Barlow Moor Road Metro-Link giving easy access to Salford Quays, Media City, the City Centre and Manchester Airport. It's a super location since you can walk to both Chorlton village and West Didsbury.

The house was fully decorated three years ago. and comes with an A-rated, energy efficient boiler; plus communal (ground floor spotlights) were upgraded to ultra-low voltage energy efficient lighting. There is a new fridge freezer. There has been an attention to detail - including a height adjustable home working desk/dining table in the lounge.

One of the beauties of the location is that it is very peaceful - there is no passing traffic. There is a security motion sensor light - lighting front porch, a rear garden security light plus the house is fully alarmed.
