I have a large double bedroom available from 1st Sept 2026. Available for short term or longer. It’s lovely and light on the 1st floor

I have a warm, characterful home in Chorlton with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. It’s a spacious lovely home. Currently we have three lovely female professional/ mature students.

* Penthouse/top floor (£750) – available from June.
Includes its own TV/lounge space, shower/WC, sitting area, and shared kitchen-diner.
* Lower ground floor rooms
* Medium room – £750, available early September
* Large lower ground room – £800, available mid-September
Short stays £850 for June and July.

Some rooms have their own kitchenette, shower, and WC, so there’s a good balance of privacy and shared living.

This is a newly renovated Victorian period house full of charm, with a calm, cosy feel throughout. There’s plenty of space, including separate kitchen, dining, and lounge areas.

* Garden music/recording studio (available if you’re into podcasts or music)

We are a non alcohol, smoking & pork free household.
Ideally students or professionals who do not have late nights out too often.

* Easy access to the city centre, universities, MediaCity, hospitals & the airport

Shops, supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Morrisons), and Unicorn organic store are all nearby, plus new cycle routes into town.

👤 About Me

I enjoy coffee, yoga, running, travel, and the arts. I’m sociable but also value a calm, respectful home environment.

I co-parent two well-behaved teenage boys who stay a couple of days a week in their own space — the house is large enough that it rarely feels busy.
