Double Room in Friendly Chorlton Houseshare

One of our housemates will shortly be moving out so we're looking for someone new to join our six-bed home in central Chorlton.

The room is available from the start of April.

About us; we are Kieran, Danny, Denice, Billy and Brittany. Kieran is a musician who dabbles in hospitality, Danny works for an LGBTQ+ charity, Denice also works in hospitality, Billy works for the council and Brittany is a social worker.

We're a friendly bunch and a communal household. As individuals you'll find food lovers, readers, walkers, gardeners, climbers and musicians.

The house has six double bedrooms, and the available room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers as standard.

We have a massive kitchen with dining area, garden, two bathrooms, a basement (for storage) and a big, bright living room. The house is well equipped and we're pretty house proud so someone that doesn't mind chipping in with the chores once in a while would be most welcome!

Rent for July is £429pcm and includes council tax and water. Rent will increase from August to £463.66

Additional bills (gas/electric/virgin internet) come to an average of £50-60pcm in summer/70-85in the winter months.

In terms of upfront payments the deposit is one month's rent (£429)
You will also be asked to provide a guarantor and references.
