Looking to fill single spare room from Monday to Friday, weekly payment but if you are on holiday and not here then no payment.
I also Airbnb another room.
House is large and Airbnb guests have access to kitchen in morning and evening to prepare food but it is rare that an air bnb guest is around, they tend to be out.
Ideally I am looking for someone who might feed cats if I am not here as I occasionally work away.
Access to a separate lounge with TV if own space is required in the evening. Looking for the right person who can fit in with this arrangement. I would also consider a short term room rental minimum 1 week, maximum 1 month, rent to be adjusted if that was the case
