Large, sunny room for short lets.

South facing room

The house is situated on a quiet street in the popular suburb of Chorlton. The room is large (approx 20'x15'), south-facing and fully furnished with all linen included. On the same floor is a bathroom and shower and a kitchenette/sitting room. Downstairs is a shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge, oven and induction hob etc.
Chorlton has excellent transport links to the city centre, Salford Quays and the airport either by bus, with a stop 3 minutes away or tram, a 10-minute walk.
Chorlton is a buzzing, creative place with lots of bars, restaurants and independent shops and a great community atmosphere.
As I have a large family, who like to come and visit, I prefer short lets generally of up to 6 months, but this is flexible. The accommodation is particularly suitable for people who are house-hunting, are on temporary contracts , are students etc
As advice to people with allergies, I have 2 cats and sometimes also foster cats for a local charity.
