Studio/workshop for creative to rent

Spacious, bright and secure studio/workshop/storage space to rent in Chorlton £225 per month including water, WiFi and electric.

Hi, we are clearing a large bedroom space within our shared flat to become a studio or workshop space for a friendly person.

The space is available from September 10th and will be emptied of all items shown in the video (including the built in bed) and can be filled with whatever equipment you want to keep there.

The cost of the room is subsidised because the space will be shared with one of the flatmates (me) who will use a small corner (wherever is out of your way) to store brewing equipment however I work full time so you will have sole use of the space for 90% of the time.

The cost includes WiFi, water and electric :) It’s a really great location, above the shops on Wilbraham road and the space is lockable and secure. Ideally we are looking for someone friendly and reliable and who likes to show off their craft every now and then.

We don’t mind what you do in there at all, sculpture, music, painting, pottery, woodwork, beauty treatments but hopefully looking for someone who’s chilled as your studio is situated as part of the house.

We’re converting the room as theres 4 of us here already and only one shower so another flatmate might be a bit of a squeeze, but you’re welcome to use other areas of the flat like the kitchen and bathroom and lounge when you’re here. There’s currently a deposit for the room but I’ll negotiate this with the landlord as the room will come bare and without furniture.

Other flatmates are sound, respectful and kind people, 2 girls 2 guys we are age range 22 - 33 but we don’t mind who you are :).
