One room is on the 1st floor with access to a large shared family bathroom and wc. The room also has a TV point. The second room is on the ground floor with access to a downstairs bathroom and separate WC. We’re currently 2 in the house all busy professionals with varied working schedules but are friendly and hangout when we’re able. The house is newly refurbished to the highest standards and includes all mod cons; washer/dryer, gas cooker, Superfast Broadband, a large enclosed rear landscaped garden and lots of on street parking. We're located centrally for transport links buses and trams to Manchester centre, Chorlton village and/or the Airport via routes from Princess Parkway and Barlow Moor Road and Didsbury village.
