For those needing to commute around Greater Manchester, it's just 10 minutes from the M60 or only a 15-20 minute drive /Tram into Manchester City Centre.

Rent is £600 inc gas/elec, water & council tax which also includes a fortnightly visit from the gardeners; early spring through until late autumn.

The room is large but unfurnished although, there is a wardrobe plus a double bed available if need be but these can be moved into the spare room if not

A few areas could do with a lick of paint TBH but the space on offer, leafy location and the fact its in one of the best areas to live in Manchester means the room is likely to get snapped up quickly.
