I am a professional female in my early fifties ( young at heart ❤️) renting out my loft space/en-suite. Please only get in contact if definitely interested please.

I am renting out my en-suite attic space which is a modern and bright space with plenty of storage. It is a stones throw from Beech Road, arguably the best area in Manchester, offering numerous independent bars and restaurants to enjoy. Chorlton Ees is on the doorstep too with numerous walks available along the River Mersey.

The space everything needed for a comfortable base, perfect for an individual to relax. The room has a double bed TV, microwave, kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge, desk and office chair. There are two double wardrobes so plenty of space for clothing and other items. The room also has a couple of comfy chairs, lamp and full length mirror. Use of the kitchen for cooking and eating, this is modern and bright with a new cooker and use of air fryer. I provide a heated fleece throw and heated under blanket and a fan for warmer weather.

The current tenant has just given notice so the room is available shortly.

Please note, that this is not a HMO arrangement and is my home. I would welcome a respectful lodger and is suited to someone who works full time out of the home during the day preferably or at least part time in the house/office. I would be happy to accommodate anyone, as long as they are respectful, whether that be a student or a professional.

The whole of the top floor is private and for your sole us. Access is via the staircase through the main body of the house. I am a professional female living here alone.

Full use of lovely kitchen and garden.

I have a cat who is very timid.

On street free parking. This is a safe area and transport links into the centre are good. The tram is around a 15 minute walk to the Chorlton stop and buses around a 5-10 minute walk. It takes around 15 minutes on tram to get into the centre of Manchester.

Strictly no guests, pets and no smoking in the property itself. :) I am super laid back and friendly but appreciate my own space and time in the home. I work full time and regularly away at weekends.
