It is a houseshare for 5, sharing with 4 (2F & 2M) mid- twenties professionals .I have other similar houseshares around South Manchester and generally look for friendly and sociable Professional tenants in their 20s/ early 30s.
The house is decorated to a very high standard over three floors & has large cellars for storage, 2 bathrooms, a large garden and a communal lounge. The property has fast reliable 300Mb fibre optic broadband/ Wifi throughout.
I can show you if of interest in person or over whatsapp if you're not here at the moment. I let on a monthly basis, i. e. with no minimum or fixed term and no fees, but you could stay as long as you want.
