It is a houseshare for 5, sharing with 4 (2F & 2M) mid- twenties professionals .I have other similar houseshares around South Manchester and generally look for friendly and sociable Professional tenants in their 20s/ early 30s.

The house is decorated to a very high standard over three floors & has large cellars for storage, 2 bathrooms, a large garden and a communal lounge. The property has fast reliable 300Mb fibre optic broadband/ Wifi throughout.
