Affordable Double room in Veggie House Share

Hi.
Another room is becoming available in our quiet, easy going and chilled out house share in Chorlton on or around 13 Feb. It is on the ground floor, carpeted, and has both a high ceiling and lots of natural light.
The house is close to shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and the library. Tram and bus stops are also nearby and you can almost always find a parking space reasonably close to the house if you or visitors are driving.
Over the years we've had a fair number of vegans/veggies living here as meat or fish isn't allowed in the kitchen and we are also so close to the Unicorn Grocery - it's only four minutes walk away.
We are all very independent but once in a while we sit down to a meal together. One or two of us are into yoga and meditation.
The cleanliness of the house is average.
Rent is currently £370pcm but may be subject to a review between tenancies. Bills are separate and range from £70pcm in summer to about £160cm in winter based on metre readings. A deposit equal to a month's rent is taken and returned at the end of the tenancy.
We have a good size kitchen, a lounge, 2 bathrooms (each with a toilet) and a garden.
Our preference would be someone who is at least in their late 20s/early 30s, although a mature younger person may be considered.
