Looking for a flatmate to take the upstairs double room. Current housemate is leaving middle of November. Bedroom comes furnished with bed, fitted wardrobes, and bedside table. If you need a desk etc please just let me know..

House has recently been refurbished and now features large open plan kitchen,, 3 toilets, 2 showers, 2 living rooms and an area with desks on the ground floor for people to work from home if desired.

Housemates are friendly and sociable, we have 2 9-5 professionals in the house and 1 who works shifts.

Back of the house is protected by secure alleyway, with double glazing and alarm system throughout for further security.

Great transport links, 10 minutes walk from Chorlton and St Werburgh Tram stops which can take you anywhere from the Airport or into City Centre or beyond. Major Bus routes are 2 mins walk and can access Stretford, Fallowfield Didsbury or City Centre again. Free parking is available on the road.

All Bills are already included with the room, (Water, Gas, Electric, High Speed Broadband, TV, Council Tax). Ideally looking for somebody who would like to stay long term, friendly, clean and relaxed.
