3 Storey Friendly Townhouse in Chorlton

3 storey modern town house on a quiet suburban estate in Chorlton, a 2 min walk from St Werburghs Road tram stop and a 10 min walk to the Chorlton shops.

Currently living here are Natalie & Zahra both of whom work full time (out of the house Monday to Friday). We are looking for another like minded/respectful person to join us in our lovely home.

The bedroom can be either furnished (for an additional fee) or unfurnished & is available from the 19th August.

The house is furnished, we already have all the usual furniture inc white goods. You are more than welcome to add some of your own bits to make it feel like your home too.

We have plenty of storage space around the house, including a small spare room and a huge garage. The house has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with shower/bath). And off street parking.

All we would ask is that you keep the house clean and tidy (you can do what you want in your own room), but we like to keep the communal areas clean and free of clutter, and all chip in with cleaning.
