I’m looking for someone to move into my flat around the 23rd November as my flatmate is moving out.

It is a lovely, ground floor flat in a great location in Chorlton- a 7 minute walk to Barlow Moor Road tram stop, and less than 15 minute walk to the bars and cafes in Chorlton. It is a short walk from Chorlton and Sale water parks.

The flat includes a washer/dryer and a dish washer, the bedroom is spacious and has a huge wardrobe, and it is in a really lovely, safe area. There is plenty of parking spaces on the street outside if you drive.

Rent is £675 per month without bills, and approximately £850 including bills (water, electric, gas, council tax, house insurance and wifi).
The deposit is £778.50.

A bit about me- I’m 28, I’m Northern Irish but have been living in Manchester for 10 years! I am a primary teacher so my evenings are very chill/quiet during the week, at the weekend I meet up with friends, go for drinks or walks! I’m looking for someone similar to me, somebody laid back, clean and easy to live with!
