2 bedrooms available in 4 bedroom house in the heart of Chorlton.

2 of our house mates are due to move out one on 11th August and the other 1st September and we are looking for some people to replace them so there are 2 rooms available

About the house:
4 bedroom, semi detached house with a back yard, 1 bathroom and another separate toilet. In the centre of chorlton, with lots of nice bars and restaurants and about 3 minutes walk away from the tram stop. Parking is available on the street outside!

Rent: £400
Bills not included but normally come up to £125 a month.

About the people:
We are two, 28 year old girls! We’re a friendly bunch who enjoy hanging out together when it suits – whether that’s grabbing a drink in Chorlton, or having a chilled night in. That said, we all work during the week and value our own downtime too, so the house has a nice balance of being social without feeling full-on. We’d love someone who’s easy-going, clean, and happy to join in now and then but also respects each other’s space!
