We’re looking for 2 new housemates to join our friendly, sociable, and active houseshare! Preferably at least 1 male to keep the balance (3M and 2F currently).
The existing 2 male housemates are moving out to go travelling together.
2 double rooms available:
£510pcm (pictured, top floor)
£540pcm (pics to be added soon, first floor)
Bills are approx £120 each pcm, but may vary.
The house is fairly spacious. We have 2 lounges, 2 bathrooms and loads of storage space in the basement. Also has a nice garden round the back for summer.
