Large double room in friendly house in Chorlton

Hi! We are looking for a new housemate in our lovely five bedroom house in Chorlton.

The house is in a great location close to plenty of shops, pubs and bars on the busy Wilbraham road.

We’re a 5 minute walk from Chorlton Tram stop which can get you into town in 20 mins.

The room comes with a double bed and two built in wardrobes as pictured. We have a spacious living and dining area and kitchen with your own cupboard, fridge and freezer space.

There’s also a lovely large garden area which is great in the sunshine and for BBQs :-)

The street also has free parking with no permit required.

We’re 4 friendly, clean, and respectful 26 year old professionals. We are a sociable household, who like to spend time in watching TV and head to the pub or for a night out together. Ideally we’d love to find someone who we get along with to add to the homely atmosphere. Equally, we respect everyone needs personal space and respect each others time alone and privacy in shared spaces.

Bills are split evenly and come to approx £100 a month.
