Large double room in friendly house in Chorlton

Female Housemate wanted in a five bedroom house in Chorlton, ideally looking for a professional aged 24 and older. Our current housemate is moving in with their partner which is why the room has become available.

The house is in a great location close to plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants. We are also located very close to the tram stop and there are also plenty of bus routes nearby. The room comes with a double bed and great storage as pictured (will need to provide own mattress). We have a spacious living and dining area, a decently sized kitchen where you’ll get your own cupboard, fridge and freezer space. We are also fortunate to have a lovely garden area which is great in the sunshine. There is on street parking that is free, no permits required.

You would be living with 4 other professionals, 1 girl and 3 boys aged between 25 and 27. We’re all super friendly, clean and respectful of each other. We are a pretty social household, we all tend to watch television with each other in the evenings and go to the pub etc. so would ideally be looking for a housemate that will fit into this dynamic. However, we do respect that everyone needs personal space at times!

We split the bills evenly, these can be discussed in more detail but bills are approx £100 a month (though this can be subject to change).
