Double Room in Chorlton house share

Hello!

We are looking for someone to join our lovely houseshare in chorlton as our current housemate is leaving to move in with their partner.

The house is on a quiet road and gets lots of natural light, it has a large but cozy living room with wood burning stove, a large dining room that faces onto the garden and connects to the kitchen. Our bathroom has a shower and a bath. The garden has two patios, which we use for growing herbs and having barbecues, and a big lawn overlooked by a cherry blossom tree.

The room itself is a box room, east facing with sun in the morning, with a double bed, and a small wardrobe and shelves. As it’s the smallest room in the house we also have an additional wardrobe in the dining room for you to use for storage.

The house is a beautiful three bed in chorlton just off Beech road, easily walkable to a load of nice pubs and restaurants. We’re really close to Chorlton ees nature reserve and lots of lovely walks. It’s also a five minute walk away from chorlton bus station ten minutes from Chorlton / St werbergs road tram stop and street parking available.

We are Sasha and Lucy, two friends who work as a photographer and a Carpenter. We live pretty communally, and often sharing the cooking between each other (which you are very welcome to be involved with / not at all if thats not your thing!).

We are social, busy people who like to use our free time hanging out with our mates, going out walking or dancing or making art.

We really value our home being a peaceful and calm place where we can re charge, and like to have people over for a dinner party or fire in the garden every now and then. We’re looking for someone who is independent, clean and reliable to join our lovely home
