Sadly, our friend is moving out of home in Chorlton - so we are looking for a new housemate!

The house:

A large, 4 bed townhouse on a quiet side street off Barlow Moor Road, close to the Rudy’s. It’s a 5 minute walk to both Chorlton tram stop and Beech Road.

3 floors, 2 bathrooms and a handy dungeon of a basement for storage. We also have an outside decking space at the back which is host to many summer BBQs and is great to store bikes if needed. Street parking is non-permit and you can usually get a spot.

The room is a large, unfurnished double on the first floor at the back of the house.

The current rent is £512.50 per month and bills come to around £117.50 (Council Tax Band D).

The agents/landlord are pretty sound and any maintenance has been done quickly.

The move in date will be 23rd June.

Housemates:

You’ll be living with Nikki (30), Sally (30) and Ruby (30). We all met through spareroom and would definitely say we are friends as well as housemates. We all have pretty busy lives but make time to do things together - we’re big fans of cracking open a bottle of wine on a Sunday afternoon, drinks on Beech Road and catching up on our weeks! Our ever-growing number of plants is closely challenged by our collection of recipe books, and we can often be found watching a good (and not so shamefully, trashy) TV series/film, getting creative or socialising in our spare time.

We’re a clean and tidy household, and while we like a drink (and occasionally many), it’s not a party house.

We’re looking for someone who would like to stay long-term, is like-minded and with a similar lifestyle and interests to us.
