Double en suite in chorlton, female only

Looking for someone respectful and tidy to share my 2 bed flat in chorlton :)

Room: double bed, bedding and covers provided if required, wardrobe and chest of draws, bedside table & lamp.

Bathroom: bath with shower head, w/c unit with sink and plenty of storage, towel rail & towels provided if required.

Living room: sofa, armchair, small dining table & chairs, smart tv with prime, now tv, ps4 that I hardly use.

Kitchen: fridge/freezer, 4 hobs, oven, microwave, air fryer, all crockery and cooking equipment etc. can be shared, will clear out a cupboard and shelf in the fridge and freezer.

Parking: my campervan is in the designated parking bay in the car park, other spaces are usually available but can't be guaranteed, otherwise there is on street parking.

Other info: secure bike storage by the car park, intercom system and double lock on door, first floor flat, safe area with young professionals and a few young families, all very friendly and respectful. All bills included: tv license, gas & electric & water, council tax (B), broadband, service charge.

About me: I work in research for the NHS, mostly from home, and enjoy being active and playing football. Will probably go camping on weekends when the weather is nice.
