Housemate wanted for cosy Chorlton house

Looking for a lodger for my spare room in a cosy house in Chorlton, just 15 mins from Chorlton tram stop.

The room is a spacious, light-filled double room overlooking the garden, and has been recently fully redecorated. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers.

It's a 3 bed house in a great location, just a 15 mins walk to the main Chorlton high street, which has Chorlton tram stop (gets you into town in 15-20 mins), Morrisons and loads of lovely independent bars and restaurants. Alexandra park is also just a 20 mins walk away, and there's loads of independent grocery shops nearby (and even a small gym!)

Amenities: Large shared open plan living room and dining room, kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove, a nice little courtyard garden (great for summer BBQs), and one shared bathroom.

There's on-street parking on our road or neighbouring roads, and space for secure bike storage in the small lean-to in the garden).

I'm 34 and work in marketing, so pretty busy during the week, but love making the most of evenings and weekends. I work hybrid during the week, so ideally looking for someone who doesn't wfh fully. I'm looking for a lodger who is respectful of each others space and separate lives, whilst also maybe up for the odd movie night or drink. I'm into the usual stuff - drinks, yoga, gym, dance classes etc.

I'm a live in landlord, so looking for someone who is a clean, tidy professional who wants a home, not just a room.

Rent: £750 per month and includes all standard bills (council tax band A, water, gas, electric, plusnet fibre broadband)

There's also a cleaner that comes once a month to do a deep clean (included in the rent), and then we clean in-between.

Available: from 7th June. I can be flexible on move in date as the room is currently free, so happy to wait for the right person to move in, just ideally like someone in by the end of June.
