£365 room in Chorlton - 3 month takeover

Hey! I’m heading off travelling from late November to late February, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room while I’m away. Dates are roughly 23rd Nov - 23rd Feb but I can be a bit flexible either way if needed.

Rent is £365 per month, and bills come to roughly £80–£100 each depending on usage (split between four). Wifi is included.

The house is pretty relaxed, we’ll often do the odd movie night or cook together when it lines up. It’s very easy-going, just a good balance of space and being sociable if you want it.

You’d be living with three professionals (mid 20s), two girls and one guy. We’re ideally looking for another guy just to keep things balanced.

The room itself comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, cupboards and side tables. High ceilings, decent space, and generally just a comfortable setup.

There’s a big living room and kitchen, so plenty of shared space if you want it, plus storage too.

Location-wise, Chorlton’s ideal, loads of bars, restaurants, cafes, and parks nearby, and really good tram/bus links into the city as well.
