We're looking for a new housemate to join us in sunny Chorlton! Our lovely current housemate is moving back home, so the room will be available from 6th July.

We’re ideally looking for a female housemate, as we’d like to keep a balance.

The house is just a 5 minute walk from Beech Road, full of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. We’re also lucky enough to have the Ivy Green walking trail right behind the house!

You’ll be living with:

Me - Ben (36) - I work in UX & Optimisation for an eCommerce brand working from home full time and love the outdoors, running, cycling, travelling, going to gigs.

Jacob (33) - A civil servant who loves running, climbing, music, and gigs. He also insists I mention that he’s very good at ping pong.

Michelle (32) - A Speech and Language Therapist at the local hospital, she likes walks, great food, and catching up with friends over a drinks.

We’re a friendly, easy going household who likes meeting new people and we’d love to find someone who’s looking for more than just a place to live, ideally a housemate who’ll become a mate!

The house is owned by a private landlord who is great and easy to deal with.

Bills: £95.89 per month, including Council Tax Band B, gas, electricity, water and internet.

Deposit: £562.50, returned to you when you leave.

References & Checks: Credit check plus two references - one from a previous landlord and one other.

You’ll be officially added to the tenancy agreement through the landlord.
