I’m Hannah (23) looking for a new flat mate as my current flat mate is starting a new job and moving out. I’m a Radiographer and work at a nearby hospital. I work Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm.
In my spare time I enjoy going for hikes, trying new food spots and going out for drinks!! I’m a tidy clean person, and would love to find someone who’s a friend and not just a flatmate.
The flat is light and spacious, located on the ground floor. It is just a small walk way from the centre of Chorlton, super close to the shops, bars and restaurants! It’s a 10 minute walk to the Chorlton tram stop. There is also a car park for residents behind the property and lots of street parking nearby.
Room is available from the end of August/start of September. Rent is £645 per month. Bills come to around £150 per month each. Deposit is 5 weeks rent.
