House is steps away from Chorlton bars, restaurants and afew mins walk to both chorlton and Firswoid tram stops with a bus stop around the corner and street parking.

George is another lodger who's a chef, and Piush is a live in landlord. George came to live in the house after previously living with me in a bigger house share. We are looking to rent the other room to replace our previous lodger. Some social activity together, else we do our own things. We have a cleaning rota to keep the place in check and are both easy going.

This will be lodging, and so right to rent, credit checks, references, and deposit will be required.
