Double bed room to rent in Chorlton - Manchester

Hi, my name is Max! I'm moving out of this double bed room at the end of August and looking for someone to replace my tenancy here. Rent is £440.00 all inclusive (this includes council tax and wi-fi costs) and tenancy is handled by Northwood.

About the room -

It's a great room, lots of space, natural light, and comes pre furnished. In terms of furniture, it comes with a desk, chair, wardrobe, chest of draws, small draw, 2x bedside tables, and a double bed + mattress. Also has a sink in the room, which comes in handy. Has two locks on the door for security (but don't let the door close behind you without a key or you're stuffed).

About the property -

It has a big spacious kitchen with enough storage for everyone. A shared living room space. Two toilets and one shower/bath. A washing machine and a drier. Gas central heating.

About the tenants -

Tenants here are lovely. We mostly keep to ourselves and it honestly doesn't feel like you're living with four other people. We have a cleaning rota for the property that everyone does each week, so the property is clean and maintained! Currently we have 2 males and 2 females as tenants here. If you come view the property, I'll make sure to introduce you to anyone who happens to be in.

About the area -

It's right in the heart of Chorlton which means you're about a 3 minute walk to Morrisons and the Chorlton Tram stop. If you prefer to travel by bus, then there's a bus stop very nearby the property that get you into the city centre and surrounding areas. There are lots of restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs (my favourite being Strange Brew and Elektrik) around the area which are great for nights out, catching up with friends, or making new friends. Lots of charity shops and independent shops too if you like supporting local businesses.
