Chorlton flat Double room available end of oct:)

Hello, I’m Elsie, a 25 year old female working in charity currently.
As my current flat mate is sadly moving out to work abroad, I have a gorgeous double bedroom available in my cosy Chorlton flat 5 min walk from the tram stop. The room is very airy with a velux window and gets the evening sun:)
There’s a beautiful little balcony and shared garden and the landlady is lovely.
The flat has one bathroom which we’d share.
The room comes with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, bed side table, and an open wardrobe (as seen in pics).
There is room for a small desk too.

There’s plenty of on street parking and it is a very safe street with a lovely community feel.

I moved to Manchester 2 years ago after graduating from Liverpool uni. I’m currently single and a very sociable person who would love to make a new friend as well as housemate!
I have a lovely group of friends who i’d love to introduce my new flatmate to and widen my circle:)
I love yoga, anything crafty, skiing, hiking and being in the outdoors as well as a pub quiz and a few drinks. I’m a big fan of a games night or dinner party so would love to host together :)
I really value a clean and cosy space, and would love if my new flat mate did too.
When i’m not working in schools each day, I work from the flat.

Bills come to around £180 per month with council tax etc.
