Room Available in Friendly Chorlton 3 Bed

Hello! We are Meg (she, her) and Eve (she, her) and we are currently looking for a flatmate to fill the third bedroom in our 3 bedroom flat in Chorlton.

❗IMPORTANT INFO: 1x room, available November 1st 2026. Rent is £540 not including bills. (This usually comes to £651pm.)

🏡 THE FLAT: The flat is a first floor maisonette flat on a private, very green road off St Werburghs Road (3 min walk to the tram stop from ours). Besides each of the bedrooms, we have a kitchen, living room and bathroom (kitchen and bathroom are fitted to a high standard, and everything works.) It’s a 10 minute walk to Morrisons, with a locked communal bike store at the end of the road.

🛏️ THE ROOM: Double bed, double mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, working electric heater, with Juliette balcony.

👯 US: Meg is a copywriter who has one WFH day and Eve works in hospo. We both have our own set of friends but love hanging out together! Our home is queer friendly, and we have worked hard for this to not just be a rented flat, but a cozy, safe and sociable home. Meg loves the gym, books and climbing; Eve loves movies, music and playing guitar. We love cards at the pub and watching rubbish telly.

🫵 YOU: We would love for our housemate to be up for cooking together and hanging out, as well as someone who respects alone time. Not a huge partier, but who loves a good dance when up for it or trip to the pub. Good energy :-)
