We're looking for a new housemate to join us in sunny Chorlton! Our current housemate is moving back home, so the room will be available from 5th November.

We’re ideally looking for a female housemate for balance but ultimately, finding the right person is most important, so this isn’t essential!

The house is just a 5 minute walk from Beech Road, full of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. We’re also lucky enough to have the Ivy Green walking trail right behind the house!

You’ll be living with:

Me - Ben (36) - I work in UX & Optimisation for an eCommerce brand working from home full time and love the outdoors, running, cycling, travelling, going to gigs.

Victoria (26) - A recent masters graduate! Enjoys cycling, making her own music and the outdoors!

Jacob (34) - A civil servant who loves running, climbing, music, and gigs. He also insists I mention that he’s very good at ping pong

We’re a friendly, easy going household who likes meeting new people and we’d love to find someone who’s looking for more than just a place to live, ideally a housemate who’ll become a mate!

The house is owned by a private landlord who is great and easy to deal with.

🏠 The Room - £550 per month (The room is unfurnished; however, a brand new IKEA bed and mattress are available for £250 if needed. If you already have your own, no problem!)

Bills: £114.48 per month, including Council Tax Band B, gas, electricity, water and internet.

Deposit: £562.50, returned to you when you leave.

References & Checks: Credit check plus two references - one from a previous landlord and one other.

You’ll be officially added to the tenancy agreement through the landlord.
