Room in lovely house in Cental Chorlton

Hello! I'm looking for a new housemate to join my 3 bed house in Central chorlton! Two of my housemates are moving out and so the tenancy will start on 1st December. One of the 2 rooms has been taken by my friend and so just looking to fill the final room. I've absolutely loved living here the past year and don't want to give it up 💕

We are ideally looking for another woman or non-binary housemate but this isn't essential. Just as long as its the right person ⭐️

The house is a 30 second walk from all of the shops and restaurants in Central chorlton and a short walk to Chorlton Park and Chorlton Water Park, I've loved being so close to everything.

About us:

I'm Emma! I work as a film lab technician in Didsbury and Lydia is a fabricator in town. We're both artists who work in the same studio and so there will always be creative things going on between the both of us. We're also keen on our cycling and like to go to the things happening in Chorlton!

The room:

£565 per month which comes furnished. There is also good storage downstairs for the person in this room and a place to keep your bike if you have one.

Bills - £90 per month, including council tax, electricity, water and wifi
