We have a room going in our lovely home in Chorlton Park!

The room is £450 a month excluding bills which usually come to around £150. It is the smaller room in the house hence the rent price. The room would come unfurnished apart from the bed and a wardrobe that is kept elsewhere to maximise space!!

Deposit is £596

A bit about us:

Molly (she/her, 27) is a secondary school teacher. Enjoys chilled weekdays, gym and classes, cinema and music. Socialising with friends on the weekend, pub trips and big walks!

Amelia (they/them, 27) is a student accom manager. Enjoys gigs, cooking, wild swimming and climbing.

The house has an open plan living room/ dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a large garden (with a gardener!!). We also have a driveway and lots of free parking around.

5 min walk to Chorlton waterpark
10 min walk to Burton Road
20 min walk to Chorlton

Closest tram stop is Barlow Moor Road which is about a 15 min walk, busses into town go from the end of the road!

We are looking for someone who can fit into our chilled house environment, we are a super friendly house who enjoy hanging out when possible!
