Hi one of our housemates is moving out and we are looking for someone to take their spot on a short term let for 2 months from 1st December 26 to end of January 27.
Extension beyond this period will not be possible as the landlord is planning to sell the house.
It is a 3 bedroom house and we are 2 working professionals living here. We also have a 2 year old ginger cat who stays with us.
The room will only have a bed and a cloth hanger in there, ( we could also provide some pillows but remaining things you might need to get your own)
We are laid and friendly and generally hand out together after work.
